1. Registrations

Confirmation

Upon receiving your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address, confirming the validity of your registration. A final confirmation is sent at least five business days before the event date. Please note that event information may occasionally change, so it's essential to review the details in the final confirmation email.

Invoices and Receipts

All registrants receive a confirmation email and a generated tax invoice upon registration. Invoices are addressed to the primary group registrant, and it is the attendee's responsibility to pass this invoice to their accounts department. Invoices can be downloaded during the final registration process.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy - Events

Cancellation – Paid Event

MHJA requires written notice of cancellation 7 working days before the event for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 business days can be transferred to alternative events. Replacement registrants are welcome at any time, and notifications should be sent to [email protected].

No-Show Policy

If a registered participant does not attend the workshop, fees will be reimbursed minus catering fees, a percentage of room hire fees, and an Administration Fee of $50. Finding replacement attendees is encouraged.

3. Changes

MHJA reserves the right to make changes to the event or date if registration numbers are not met. In case of cancellation, registrants will be notified, and registrations will be transferred to the next available date or refunded. MHJA may make changes to a published program without notice, but efforts will be made to notify attendees.

4. Photographs

Photographers and videographers may be present at MHJA workshops and events. If you do not wish to have images published or shared, please notify the events team at [email protected] or call 0418 833 326.

5. Payment

Registration must be fully paid 48 hours before attending an MHJA event. Payment terms are within 7 days from the invoice date. For bookings within 7 days of the event, the registration fee must be paid immediately. Payments are in Australian dollars (AUD) and can be made using VISA and MasterCard.

Online bookings require payment at the time of booking.

6. Privacy and Security Policy

MHJA collects information to administer and manage registrations. If all relevant information, including your email address, is not provided, your registration may not be confirmed. MHJA is committed to protecting collected information and will not share your details with any third party under any circumstances.
